认证时发生了 ClockSkew 错误。

ApeosWare Authentication Agent 与 ActiveDirectory 的时间在 ActiveDirectory 超过了

设定的 Kerberos 的 ClockSkew 上限。

将安装了 ApeosWare Authentication Agent 的 PC 与 ActiveDirectory 的 PC 的时间对准。

安装了 ApeosWare Authentication Agent 的 PC 的 Windows Time 服务停止时启动。

若故障继续， 则在故障发生后参照 2.5 LOG， 获取 info9 or xxx.tgz 记录与网络记录，

联系支持部门寻求指示。
